I went because I had a frozen shoulder. I was very impressed. I loved that it was not “hippy dippy” and actually sports-science based. Not only that, no whale music was played at any stage of proceedings, I got a cracking massage and my shoulder feels way better. Can highly recommend. And no, my shoulder was not frozen due to the stupid size of my mobile…
